Phase 01: 28th August 2023 till 15th February 2024, where the focus of the Programme is integrated Prelims-cum-Mains Preparation.
- Following appropriate consultation with the Designated Mentor, the mentorship will begin with a subject-based weekly study plan, delivered by the mentor through guiding sessions.
- Through comprehensively designed Workbooks & specific Study Material, mentors will offer assistance in making notes of General Studies I, II, III & IV. The central idea is to cover the most fundamental and foundational aspects of the subjects, to encourage taking notes and improving writing habits, and to offer the best sources of revision and essential information for the exam.
- The mentor will assist in creating subject-specific weekly study plans while keeping an eye on the right balance between the quantity and quality of preparation.
- Students will be evaluated using both subjective (through answer writing practice) and objective (through MCQs) assessments for timely and rationalised assessment. Study plan guidance will be provided progressively and not on an as-needed basis to help students develop discipline.
- Video discussions of the Mains assessments, keys and detailed explanation for the MCQs assessment will be provided.
- After the evaluation of the answer scripts, the designated mentor will meet with the student either in person at the institute or online, based on the convenience of the student.
- Completion of a subject will be followed by Prelims Test Series, which will give the necessary depth to the preparation.
- For roughly 2.5 months, an Essay Course would be offered, including lectures on a wide range of essay themes, tests, and evaluations.
Phase 02: 15th February 2024 till CSE Prelims 2024, where the focus of the Programme is exclusively on the Prelim Test.
- After careful consideration and collaboration with the Designated Mentor, a Coverage-cum-Revision plan for subjects based on the Prelims will be implemented.
- According to the student's comfort level and rate of coverage, the study schedule would include periodical assessments in the form of MCQ Tests.
- A series of Tests - Prelims CAMP (Continuous assessment and monitoring Programme) in a disciplined manner will be scheduled for the students. It will include:

Phase 03: Post Prelims till CSE Mains 2024, where the focus of the Programme is exclusively on the Main Exam.
- The aspirants will receive tailored guidance, the necessary hand-holding, and ongoing in-person mentor support during the entire phase.
- Following Prelims, the Main Exam will be the exclusive emphasis of the Programme, with 8 Sectional Tests and 4 Full-length Tests will be offered, followed by detailed feedback on the answer sheets.
- The focus is to assist students in the “Art of Answer Writing” in order to streamline their preparation and make them "Mains-ready" for the UPSC Civil Services Exam.
- Each Sectional Test will be followed by an extensive discussion.
