StepUp Mentorship 2026 is a 1.5 year long, four-layered UPSC mentorship program. An IAS/IPS topper will mentor you through a tailored personalized strategy that matches your learning style and preparation needs. This comprehensive program covers all stages of preparation, from course coverage to UPSC skills like answer writing, note-making, and the development of analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Prelims CAMP: Our rigorous Prelims CAMP, designed on the Teach cum Test Model, provides comprehensive coverage of the UPSC Syllabus through:
  • 48 General Studies sectional Tests (50 questions each)
  • 8 CSAT sectional tests (40 questions each)
  • 2 Full-length General Studies Tests (100 questions each)
  • 2 CSAT Full-Length Tests (80 questions each)
• Mains Test Series: Engage in Mains Test Series with 30 tests, 8 sectional tests, and 4 full-length tests.
• 10 Recorded Lectures on answer writing enhancement: In these 10 lectures, all aspects of answer writing including ideal templates for introduction, main body and conclusion and note-making strategy.
• Syllabus-wise Prelims Workbook and Mains Workbook for note-making and answer writing: These workbooks are designed with the philosophy of putting academic knowledge into application so that the aspirants can solve prelims questions and write topper level answers.

• Phase 1: Foundation (February 2025- July 2025):
  • This phase is meant to build a strong foundation for the exam by covering the General studies syllabus in an Integrated manner for both Prelims and Main Examination. The activities will include curating personalized Study plans for holistic coverage of syllabus, answer writing, note making & Current Affairs consolidation. 
• Phase 2: Integration ( August 2025- December 2025):
  • This phase will serve as a Transition period where preparation for Mains will continue but along with shifting Gears for the Prelims Examination. 
  • The focus will be on Syllabus completion, Answer writing, Note Making along with increased Emphasis of reorienting strategy to tackle prelims examination. 
  • The activities will include answer writing along with feedback and evaluation, Prelims mock tests, making linkages between topics, developing analytical skills, and refining notes. 
• Phase 3: PReX “ Prelims Exclusive” January 2026- May 2026):
  • This phase is meant to revise the entire syllabus for the Prelims and focus on the areas of improvement. 
  • The focus will be on intensive Prelims focused preparation, covering the important topics, and solving as many questions as possible. 
  • The activities will include solving mock tests, revising notes, identifying weak areas, and strengthening them. 
• Phase 4: MeX “ Mains Exclusive” (June 2026- September 2026):
  • This phase will help you impress the examiners, showcase your knowledge, and express your views effectively in the exam.
  • Focus of this Phase is to strategize syllabus completion and Notes Consolidation from Mains Examination point of View. Major Emphasis is on the development of Articulation and Answer Writing Skills. 
  • The activities will include writing tests, answer writing enhancement, value addition, and critical feedback from the Mentors.
