This type of hepatitis is an <\/span><b>acute, short-term disease.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Hepatitis B: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hepatitis B virus (HBV) causes hepatitis B.
