Portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About Swasth Bharat Portal<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a <\/span><b>unified platform<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> designed to <\/span><b>integrate fragmented health programme<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> systems across the country.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It acts as a <\/span><b>one-stop aggregator platform<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to integrate programme systems via APIs, enabling interoperability and reducing administrative burden<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a <\/span><b>single platform<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To <\/span><b>eliminate duplicate data entry<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, streamline reporting, and support faster decision-making across health programmes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To provide easy access, along with data visualisation tools and the use of data at the <\/span><b>local level for monitoring and evidence-based planning.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is designed to evolve into a comprehensive and interoperable digital health ecosystem, further integrating with national registries such as the <\/span><b>Healthcare Professionals Registry (HPR) and Health Facility Registry (HFR).<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The portal is <\/span><b>ABDM-compliant and supports integration with ABHA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Ayushman Bharat Health Account), enabling seamless and secure exchange of patient health records.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>It envisages the following<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Reduce Infrastructure Duplication:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Independent hosting, storage, and compute resources are maintained across programs, which will reduce when they will be aggregated through Swasth Bharat<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Reduce Repetitive Data Entry:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Similar beneficiary data which was entered across multiple systems will be entered on a single platform thus reducing repetitive tasks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Unified HR Deployment:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Separate development and maintenance teams are required in all programs, a unified system will reduce the HR burden<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Increased Interoperability:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> As the system is designed on federated architecture via APIs, the
