style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Climate:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is characterized by <\/span><b>low rainfall<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>low humidity,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and relatively low air and water temperatures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It includes the giant <\/span><b>Gal\u00e1pagos tortoise<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Chelonoidis nigra), the marine iguana (Amblyrhynchus cristatus), the flightless cormorant (Phalacrocoraz harrisi), and the Gal\u00e1pagos penguin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Gal\u00e1pagos penguin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Spheniscus mendiculus) is the only penguin species to live in the Northern
