multiple apps and websites were selling vehicle information, the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP) rejected the allegations of its misuse.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About Unified Logistics Interface Platform<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ULIP is a <\/span><b>digital gateway<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that <\/span><b>allows industry player<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s to <\/span><b>access logistics-related datasets from various Government systems<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> through API-based integration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is <\/span><b>conceptualized <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by the<\/span><b> NITI Aayog<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and was developed under the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan (PMGS-NMP).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was <\/span><b>launched <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by the Prime Minister <\/span><b>as part of the \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/national-logistics-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\">National Logistics Policy (NLP)<\/a>\u2019<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on September 17, <\/span><b>2022<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The platform is<\/span><b> maintained and operated by NICDC Logistics Data Services (NLDS).<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NICDC Logistics Data Services (NLDS) is a <\/span><b>joint venture<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> between the <\/span><b>Government of India, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">represented by the <\/span><b>National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT),<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Japanese IT major NEC Corporation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with <\/span><b>50:50<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> equity participation.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Currently, the platform <\/span><b>integrates <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with <\/span><b>44 government systems from 11 ministries <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">via 129 APIs, covering over 1800 data fields.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It <\/span><b>covers major logistics databases,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> including<\/span><b> VAHAN, SARATHI, FASTag, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FOIS, ICEGATE, and Port Community Systems.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Unified Logistics Interface Platform <\/b><b>Objectives<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To create a <\/span><b>nationwide single window logistics platform<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for end-to-end visibility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To <\/span><b>develop a logistics gateway<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by<\/span><b> integrating information <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">available with various Govt. agencies across the value chain.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To provide visibility for <\/span><b>optimal usage of various modes of transportation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To provide data which can be utilized by the stakeholders for <\/span><b>simplification of complicated processes like compliance,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> document filing, certifications, and approvals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To offer a platform for<\/span><b> data exchange among government and private entities <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who are directly or indirectly involved in the Indian Logistics direct and indirect benefits to all logistics stakeholders, like <\/span><b>verification of drivers <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>vehicle details,<\/b><span
