text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a new species of <\/span><b>burrowing snake.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was discovered in <\/span><b>Murlen National Park, Mizoram,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a biodiversity-rich forest landscape within the <\/span><b>Indo\u2013Burma biodiversity hotspot.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The species was n<\/span><b>amed after Dr. Lalremsanga <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in recognition of his remarkable <\/span><b>contributions to herpetology (the study of reptiles and amphibians)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in India, especially in Northeast India.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;
