target=\"_blank\"><b>Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to recognise outstanding leadership in global food security and agriculture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is conferred upon national leaders who have made significant
