{"id":104944,"date":"2026-05-25T13:38:54","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T08:08:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=104944"},"modified":"2026-05-25T13:38:54","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T08:08:54","slug":"bhavya-scheme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/bhavya-scheme\/","title":{"rendered":"BHAVYA Scheme"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>BHAVYA Scheme Latest News<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Recently, the central government announced the launch of guidelines for the \u2018BHAVYA (Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna) Scheme\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Above BHAVYA Scheme<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BHAVYA (Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna) is a <\/span><b>Central Sector Scheme<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aimed at developing investment-ready, <\/span><b>world-class industrial parks across the country<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The major focus of the Scheme is on creation of<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Investment-ready industrial ecosystems with <\/span><b>plug-and-play infrastructure<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>multimodal logistics connectivity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, reliable utility systems, worker-support infrastructure, digital governance systems, and sustainable development features.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Target:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It provides for development of <\/span><b>100 industrial parks.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Time Period:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 Six years from <\/span><b>2026-27 to 2031-32<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Features of BHAVYA Scheme<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It has been designed to support the Centre\u2019s <\/span><b>Make in India and PM Gati Shakti programmes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by creating integrated, <\/span><b>investment-ready manufacturing zones <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">equipped with plug-and-play infrastructure and multimodal logistics connectivity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It provides for development of both <\/span><b>greenfield and eligible brownfield industrial parks.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum land requirements have been fixed at <\/span><b>100 acres for non-hilly states<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>25 acres for hilly states, northeastern states,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Union Territories, and smaller states.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Implementation: It<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be undertaken through <\/span><b>Special Purpose Vehicles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (SPVs) incorporated under the <\/span><b>Companies Act, 2013.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Source: <\/b><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.business-standard.com\/economy\/news\/centre-launches-bhavya-scheme-to-set-up-100-industrial-parks-across-country-126052300712_1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">BS<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BHAVYA Scheme aimed at developing investment-ready, world-class industrial parks across the country.
