justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is an Artificial Intelligence<\/span><b> (AI)-enabled chatbot <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to <\/span><b>help citizens raise grievances against government departments online.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a<\/span><b> voice-based, multilingual grievance registration assistant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with intelligent<\/span><b> AI-based categorisation t<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hat helps citizens connect with the appropriate department or authority quickly and efficiently.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This innovative tool allows citizens to <\/span><b>lodge complaints through voice commands in multiple languages, without the need to categorize them.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Developed by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in <\/span><b>collaboration with Bhashini (an AI-powered tool),<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the chatbot has been developed within secure government infrastructure, ensuring data privacy.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It has been <\/span><b>integrated with subcategory.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The AI-powered <\/span><b>chatbot understands the issue<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>seeks <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">any necessary<\/span><b> clarifications,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> automatically <\/span><b>identifies the appropriate authority,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>files the grievance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with the concerned department.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It <\/span><b>currently supports all 22 scheduled Indian languages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and efforts are underway to incorporate additional regional and local languages.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Key Facts about CPGRAMS<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is an online platform available to the<\/span><b> citizens 24\u00d77 to lodge their grievances to the public authorities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on any subject related to service delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was <\/span><b>developed <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and monitored by the <\/span><b>Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a <\/span><b>single portal connected to all the ministries\/departments<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the <\/span><b>Government of India and
