However, it does not tell us how far behind these children are.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Learning Poverty Gap<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> measures <\/span><b>how far below the required level<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> these children are on average.
