Being a non-member of the House, the Chairman is expected to function impartially and uphold the dignity of parliamentary proceedings.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Chairman of Rajya Sabha Constitutional Provision<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The office of the Chairman of Rajya Sabha is established under the Constitution of India.
