of India disbursed incentives amounting to approximately \u20b92,400 crore under the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a <\/span><b>flagship employment generation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> scheme launched by the Government of India to encourage job <\/span><b>creation in the formal sector.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The scheme provides financial <\/span><b>incentives to employers and first-time employees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, promoting increased enrollment in the Employees\u2019 Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It aims to boost <\/span><b>employment opportunities, strengthen social security coverage<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and support the vision of a <\/span><b>developed India by 2047.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Key Features of Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Part A \u2013 Support to First-Time Employees<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Targeting <\/span><b>first-time employees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> registered with EPFO, this Part will <\/span><b>offer one-month EPF wage up<\/b> <b>to Rs 15,000 in two installments.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employees with salaries up to Rs 1 lakh will be eligible for the incentives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All payments to the First Time Employees under Part A of the Scheme will be made through <\/span><b>DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mode using <\/span><b>Aadhar Bridge Payment System<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (ABPS).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Part B \u2013 Incentives for Employers<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This part will encourage generation of <\/span><b>additional employment in all sectors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with a special focus on the manufacturing sector.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The employers will get incentives in respect of\u00a0 <\/span><b>new employees with salaries up to Rs 1 lakh.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Government will <\/span><b>incentivize employers, up to Rs 3000 per month<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, for two years, for each additional employment, sustained\u00a0 for at least six months.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the <\/span><b>manufacturing sector,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> incentives will be extended to <\/span><b>the 3rd and 4th\u00a0 years as well.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payments to the Employers under Part B will be made
