{"id":11278,"date":"2023-05-31T05:55:01","date_gmt":"2023-05-31T00:25:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=11278"},"modified":"2025-03-30T01:38:21","modified_gmt":"2025-03-29T20:08:21","slug":"tele-law-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/tele-law-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Tele-Law Programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>About Tele-Law Programme:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The Tele-Law programme comes under <strong>the Department of Justice<\/strong>, <strong>Ministry of Law and Justice<\/strong> and was <strong>launched in 2017.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It is an <strong>e-interface mechanism<\/strong> to seek <strong>legal advice and consultation<\/strong> at a <strong>pre-litigation stage<\/strong> with the aim of <strong>\u2018Reaching the Unreached\u2019.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The programme <strong>connects needy and marginalised<\/strong> people in need of legal aid with <strong>the Panel Lawyers<\/strong> via <strong>video<\/strong> <strong>conferencing\/telephonic facilities<\/strong> available at Common Service Centres (CSCs) situated at the panchayat level. In addition, the service can also be accessed through the <strong>Tele-Law Mobile App<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>A Panel Lawyer is a practicing advocate <strong>selected by the Department of Justice and CSC-eGovernance<\/strong> <strong>Services<\/strong> or registered on the Panel of State \/District Legal Services Authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligibility<\/strong>: Legal advice is made <strong>available to everyone<\/strong> under Tele-Law service.
