beneficiaries have been registered on the PARIVARTAN scheme after its launch.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About PARIVARTAN Scheme<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PARIVARTAN (<\/span><b>Programme for Accelerated Renewal and Incentivization of Vehicle Assets for Reducing Transport Air Pollution and Network Emissions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) scheme<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was launched by the <\/span><b>central government.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is aimed at facilitating the <\/span><b>replacement of older, highly polluting trucks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>buses operating<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the <\/span><b>National Capital Region<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (NCR) with <\/span><b>cleaner Bharat Stage (BS)-VI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> compliant or electric vehicles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Implementing Ministry:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is implemented by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Funding:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is funded by the National Capital Region Planning Board (NCRPB)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>States Covered:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and NCT of Delhi issued notifications granting Motor Vehicle Tax<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Incentives provided under the Scheme<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motor Vehicle Tax concessions, registration fee waivers,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>5% interest subvention<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on vehicle loans,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>A minimum 8% OEM discount<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on eligible new vehicles,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monthly fuel voucher support for eligible diesel and CNG replacement vehicles, and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>One-time financial assistance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for electric replacement vehicles and Certificate of Deposit (CoD) trading.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will be implemented through an <\/span><b>integrated digital platform<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that will seamlessly interface with <\/span><b>VAHAN, V-Scrap, DigiELV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the Public Financial Management System
