Reo Purgyil<\/strong> in Himachal Pradesh and <strong>end at Mt Jongsong <\/strong>in Sikkim.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>lowest in terms of elevation will be Someshwar Fort in Bihar<\/strong> which is around 800 m.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Highest climbable mountain in India:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>highest peak under Indian control is<\/strong> <strong>Kanchenjunga (8,586 m)<\/strong> <strong>in Sikkim<\/strong> but is closed for climbs.<\/li>\n<li>The next is <strong>Nanda Devi (7,816 m)<\/strong> but it\u2019s a world heritage site and national biosphere reserve.<\/li>\n<li>Thus the <strong>highest climbable mountain in India is Mt Kamet (7,756 m)<\/strong> in Uttarakhand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1)\u00a0Which is the highest peak in India?<\/h3>\n<p>The highest peak under Indian control is Kanchenjunga (8,586 m).
