Each seat will be <strong>equipped with digital systems and touch screens.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The new <strong>building will have a Constitution Hall<\/strong> for the purpose of showcasing India&#8217;s democratic heritage.<\/li>\n<li>It will have <strong>large committee rooms<\/strong>, with the <strong>latest audio-visual systems<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>There will be <strong>92 rooms for the use of the Council of Ministers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The new Parliament complex is also <strong>\u2018divyang-friendly\u2019.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>With a focus on <strong>energy efficiency, the new complex is a \u201cplatinum-rated green building<\/strong>\u201d and showcases India\u2019s \u201ccommitment towards sustainable development.
