The targeted killing of migrant workers has raised concerns over the safety of non-local labourers, terrorist activities, and the need for stronger counter-terrorism measures in the Kashmir Valley.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Why Kulgam Terror Attack in News?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Kulgam Terror Attack<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is in the news after <\/span><b>two migrant workers from Chhattisgarh were shot dead by terrorists<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at a brick kiln in <\/span><b>Kelam (Kilam) village of Kulgam district, Jammu and Kashmir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, on <\/span><b>31 July 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
