TRAI MyCall<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a <\/span><b>mobile application <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">launched by the <\/span><b>Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a citizen-centric digital platform<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that empowers telecom <\/span><b>consumers to share real-time feedback<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on their <\/span><b>voice-calling experience,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> along with relevant network parameters.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>feedback <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provided by consumers is <\/span><b>visible to Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) as well as TRAI<\/b><span
