Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which proposes steep tariffs on major buyers of Russian oil and gas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unlike West Asian supplies, which are largely governed by long-term Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), U.S. energy exports are more exposed to shifting trade and political agendas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>The Economics: Losing Proximity Pricing<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Geography matters in LPG trade. vulnerabilities \u2014 <\/span><b>commodity price swings, dollar fluctuations and freight costs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If U.S. inflation stays high, the Federal Reserve may keep interest rates elevated, strengthening the dollar and raising the rupee cost of each style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Argentina, Nigeria and Angola<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> could offer additional strategic agility, though none can replace Gulf volumes at
