Connectivity Rating (DCR) Platform.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About Digital Connectivity Rating Platform<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is an <\/span><b>integrated digital platform<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> designed for <\/span><b>rating of digital connectivity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of properties across residential, commercial, and government properties.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was launched by the <\/span><b>Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Objective:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> To encourage <\/span><b>property managers to build digitally connected<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and future ready smart properties and assess whether properties are equipped with <\/span><b>robust digital infrastructure<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, enhancing user experience for tenants, residents, and businesses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>platform provides a public interface<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for consumers to view the properties rated for <\/span><b>digital connectivity.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Features of Digital Connectivity Rating Platform<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It <\/span><b>brings Property Managers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (PMs) registered <\/span><b>Digital Connectivity Rating Agency<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (DCRA) and <\/span><b>consumers onto a common digital interface<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Property Managers<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They can register their properties in category of <\/span><b>Public, Government, Commercial, Private etc.,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> submit rating applications, upload the prescribed information and documents, <\/span><b>select a registered DCRA <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and track the status of their application through the platform.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The platform supports both <\/span><b>constructed and under-construction properties.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Registered DCRAs<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They can <\/span><b>access assigned applications<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, undertake assessments, record observations and test results, manage supporting documentation and <\/span><b>complete the rating process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in accordance with the prescribed framework.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Field assessments will be facilitated through a <\/span><b>dedicated DCRA mobile app.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Consumers<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They can <\/span><b>search for a rated property<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by property name, certificate ID or location.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They can <\/span><b>view the property\u2019s digitally signed rating<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> certificate and verify its authenticity through <\/span><b>the QR code provided on the
