style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The partnership has expanded from early space experiments to joint satellite missions, launch technologies and human spaceflight.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">India-France space cooperation began with sounding rocket experiments in the 1960s and has progressed to present-day style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The initiative was inaugurated by Prime Minister <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/narendra-modi\/\" target=\"_blank\">Narendra Modi<\/a><\/strong> and the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/upsc-exam\/president-of-india\/\" target=\"_blank\">President<\/a><\/strong> of France in February 2026.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It provides an opportunity to take India-France cooperation in innovation and emerging technologies <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/upsc-exam\/isro\/\" target=\"_blank\">ISRO<\/a><\/strong> will contribute outreach material and senior officials will speak about the TRISHNA satellite and its applications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The initiative can support deeper engagement among institutions, industries and
