During the day, a <\/span><b>sea breeze<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> generally blows from water towards land, while at night, a <\/span><b>land breeze<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> generally blows from land towards water.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>What are Land Breezes?<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Land Breeze<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a local wind that generally blows <\/span><b>from the land towards the sea or a large water body<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, mainly during the <\/span><b>night<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> when the land cools faster than the nearby water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After sunset, the <\/span><b>land loses heat more quickly<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> than the water.
