{"id":13267,"date":"2023-07-20T02:49:43","date_gmt":"2023-07-19T21:19:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=13267"},"modified":"2025-04-02T02:59:57","modified_gmt":"2025-04-01T21:29:57","slug":"bhoomi-samman-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/bhoomi-samman-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"Bhoomi Samman Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Why in news?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The 9 state Secretaries and 68 District Collectors were presented with \u201cBhoomi Samman awards who have excelled in achieving saturation of the core components of Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bhoomi Samman Awards:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>It aims to acknowledge and encourage outstanding performance in the implementation of the <strong>Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme<\/strong> (DILRMP).<\/li>\n<li>Madhya Pradesh has secured the first position in the field of Digital India Land Records modernization in the country.<\/li>\n<li>15 districts of Madhya Pradesh have been <strong>awarded Platinum Grading<\/strong> for 100 percent achievement in all the components of Digital India Land Records Management Programme.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>It is a fine example of Centre-State cooperative federalism based on trust and partnership, as the grading system is largely based on reports and inputs of the States\/UTs in the core components of computerization and digitization of land records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key facts about DILRMP:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>It is a <strong>central sector scheme<\/strong> being implemented by the Department of Land Resources under the <strong>Ministry of Rural Development.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aim:<\/strong> It attempts to build upon the commonalities that exist in the arena of land records in various States to develop an appropriate Integrated Land Information Management System (ILIMS) across the country.<\/li>\n<li>The ILIMS integrates all the processes and lands records databases with the banks, financial institutions, circle rates, Registration Offices and other sectors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Major components:<\/strong> Computerization of land records, Survey\/re-survey, Computerization of Registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Q) What Central Sector Scheme?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A &#8220;Central Sector Scheme&#8221; typically refers to a type of government scheme or program that is entirely funded and implemented by the central government of a country.
