Entrepreneurship division, Department of Science &amp; Technology.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aim:<\/strong> To <strong>nurture start-ups<\/strong> through scouting, supporting and scaling innovations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Key stakeholders:<\/strong> Various departments and ministries of the central government, state governments, academic and R &amp;
