It will not be effective on plants that are submerged or have most of their foliage underwater, nor will it control regrowth from seed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Glyphosate is <\/span><b>degraded in soil and water by microbes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and binds tightly to soil particles, which prevents the leaching of glyphosate into groundwater.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Glyphosate does <\/span><b>not degrade quickly in plants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
