From a historical and spiritual identity there is a\u00a0<strong>transition to canonisation and ritual.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>monograph\u00a0<\/strong>of the event has the\u00a0<strong>image of the Buddha<\/strong>, wearing what looks\u00a0<strong>like a Roman toga with folds,<\/strong> carved in limestone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1) What are toranas?<\/h3>\n<p>It is a decorative and symbolic gateway or archway that is often found at the entrance to Buddhist stupas, temples, monasteries, or important religious sites.
