Advice is free of Cost to those who are eligible for free legal aid under Section 12 of LSA Act, 1987.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal matters in which advice can be taken through Tele-Law service include:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Dowry, family dispute, divorce, protection from domestic violence<\/li>\n<li>Sexual harassment, sexual abuse, eve teasing at the workplace<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of women children and senior citizens<\/li>\n<li>Rights regarding property and land<\/li>\n<li>Equal wages for males and females<\/li>\n<li>Maternity benefits and prevention of foeticide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1)\u00a0What is pro bono legal services<\/h3>\n<p>In the context of legal services, &#8220;pro bono legal services&#8221; refer to legal assistance or representation provided by lawyers and law firms on a voluntary basis, without charging a fee.
