These carvings\u00a0<strong>depict scenes from Hindu mythology<\/strong> and various motifs.<\/li>\n<li>The temple\u00a0<strong>features multiple domes<\/strong> that are adorned with decorative elements.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The temple has a\u00a0<strong>prominent spire, or shikhar<\/strong>, which is a tall,\u00a0<strong>tapering structure that rises above the main sanctum.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In the\u00a0<strong>sanctum sanctorum of the temple, a black stone idol of Lord Krishna is installed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The temple\u00a0<strong>has spacious pillared halls that provide a gathering space<\/strong> for devotees and visitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1) What is Garbhagriha in a temple?<\/h3>\n<p>Garbhagriha is also known as the sanctum sanctorum of the temple building. Within the &#8216;garbhagriha&#8217; the primary idol of the goddess is kept. &#8216;Garbhagriha&#8217; literally means the &#8216;womb chamber.&#8217; These rooms closely resemble a cave and are generally etched out of granite. In the temples only the priests are allowed to enter the &#8216;garbhagrihas.&#8217; It would be wrong to suggest that these architectural structures are found only in Hindu temples.
