They <strong>flap their wings up to 400 times a minute<\/strong>, speeding along in the air at <strong>55 miles an hour.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Diet<\/strong>: Puffins <strong>eat small fish<\/strong>\u2014such as sand eels and herring\u2014which they hunt underwater.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Q1<\/strong>: What is a Seabird?<\/h3>\n<p>A seabird can be defined as a bird that makes its living primarily from the ocean, beyond the intertidal or surf zone.
