includes:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SeaVision software<\/strong>\u00a0and its enhancements,<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>Technical Assistance Field Team (TAFT)<\/strong>\u00a0for training,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remote software and analytics support<\/strong>, and<\/li>\n<li><strong>Program documentation and
