{"id":17698,"date":"2024-08-18T08:24:22","date_gmt":"2024-08-18T02:54:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=17698"},"modified":"2025-04-05T06:01:51","modified_gmt":"2025-04-05T00:31:51","slug":"aarogya-maitri-aid-cube","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/aarogya-maitri-aid-cube\/","title":{"rendered":"What is Aarogya Maitri Aid Cube?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>About Aarogya Maitri Health Cube:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>It is the <strong>world\u2019s first portable hospital.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It was <strong>designed indigenously under Project BHISHM<\/strong> (<strong>Bharat Health Initiative for Sahyog Hita and Maitri<\/strong>),<\/li>\n<li>It <strong>contains<\/strong> medical equipment and supplies such as a <strong>mini-ICU, an operation theatre<\/strong>, a cooking station, food, water, a power generator, <strong>blood test equipment, <\/strong>power generator, <strong>an X-ray machine<\/strong>, and more.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The \u2018Aarogya Maitri Cube Cage\u2019 <strong>includes three frames<\/strong>, each <strong>accommodating 12 mini-cubes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>cage can fit in 36 mini-cubes<\/strong>, including almost everything that can be packed <strong>for survival for<\/strong> a period of <strong>48 hours for 100 survivors.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>design allows joining two cages<\/strong>\u2013master cube one and master cube two, including <strong>72 cubes in total<\/strong>\u2013with damage control capabilities <strong>for 200 survivors.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mini cubes are <strong>durable and waterproof<\/strong> and are designed to open \u201cin different configurations\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>These cubes <strong>are light and portable<\/strong> and can be carried by a single person\u2013a messenger bag, as a strolley or as a briefcase\u2013or even transported through a drone.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>cubes can handle several severe injuries<\/strong>, including 40 bullet injuries, 25 major bleeds, 25 major burns, around 10 head injuries, long limb fractures, spinal injuries, chest injuries, and spinal fractures.<\/li>\n<li>The structure will <strong>also contain a tablet-based application which<\/strong> can <strong>operate all 72 cubes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The system also<strong> integrates AI and data analytics.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Q1<\/strong>: What is an X-ray machine?<\/h3>\n<p>An X-ray machine is a medical imaging device that uses X-rays to create images of the internal structures of the body.
