{"id":18614,"date":"2023-12-26T05:49:37","date_gmt":"2023-12-26T00:19:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=18614"},"modified":"2025-04-05T12:01:00","modified_gmt":"2025-04-05T06:31:00","slug":"mission-karmayogi-upsc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/mission-karmayogi-upsc\/","title":{"rendered":"Mission Karmayogi"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>About Mission Karmayogi<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Mission Karmayogi &#8211;\u00a0National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) aims to\u00a0prepare Civil Servants for the future by making them more creative, constructive &amp; innovative through transparency and technology.<\/li>\n<li>This unique programme will help to lay the foundation for civil servants in the country.<\/li>\n<li>There will be more focus on &#8216;on-site learning&#8217; in complementing &#8220;off-site learning&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>On 2nd September 2020, Government approved the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) with\u00a0six key pillars including Policy Framework, Institutional Framework, Competency Framework, Digital Learning Framework (iGOT-Karmayogi), the electronic Human Resource Management System (e-HRMS) and the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework.<\/li>\n<li>The Programme will\u00a0cover all civil servants (including contractual employees) across different ministries, departments, organizations and agencies of the Union Government.<\/li>\n<li>Three new features launched on the iGOT Karmayogi platform are\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>My iGOT: It delivers\u00a0targeted training courses on the home page of individual officer that directly address the unique capacity building needs of the officer as identified in the Capacity-Building Plan for their Ministries\/Departments.<\/li>\n<li>Blended Programs: This programme will facilitate\u00a0equitable access to training methodologies\u00a0across all levels to meet dynamic training needs of the officials.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Blended Programs\u00a0integrate traditional offline (in person) classroom courses with online learning components.<\/li>\n<li>It enables officers and faculty to leverage the flexibility and convenience of online courses while retaining the invaluable benefits of face-to-face classroom interactions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Curated Programs:\u00a0These are designed to cater to diverse learning needs of the Ministries\/Departments and Training Institutions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>This Course Providers will be able to\u00a0curate relevant content, resources, and assessments\u00a0from the repository of iGOT with a Programmatic approach to provide a tailored learning journey.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1) What Is Human Resources (HR)?<\/h3>\n<p>Human resources (HR) is the division of a business that is charged with finding, recruiting, screening, and training job applicants.
