They\u00a0don&#8217;t kill prey by delivering\u00a0venom through a bite.<\/li>\n<li>Instead,\u00a0constrictors wrap their bodies around their prey\u00a0and squeeze until it stops breathing.<\/li>\n<li>The giant snake opens its mouth wide enough to swallow its victim.<\/li>\n<li>Anaconda jaws are held together with stretchy ligaments so they can open wide enough to\u00a0swallow prey whole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>They are well adapted to aquatic life.
