Dizziness, headache, dehydration are a few among several other symptoms of the condition.<\/li>\n<li>People with <strong>diabetes, obesity, and Crohn disease<\/strong> are more likely to <strong>get ABS.<\/strong> However, it can occur in healthy individuals as well.<\/li>\n<li>Many medical reports suggest that people who suffer from ABS should avoid foods that are high in carbohydrates and sugar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1: What is fermentation?<\/h3>\n<p>It is a chemical process by which molecules such as glucose are broken down anaerobically.
