Taxonomically, it is a subspecies of the mainland serow (Capricornis sumatraensis).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Distribution:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> These are typically found at altitudes between 2,000 metres and 4,000 metres (6,500 to 13,000 feet).
