{"id":24149,"date":"2024-06-11T03:34:36","date_gmt":"2024-06-10T22:04:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=24149"},"modified":"2025-10-07T13:10:55","modified_gmt":"2025-10-07T07:40:55","slug":"aim-icdk-water-challenge-40","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/aim-icdk-water-challenge-40\/","title":{"rendered":"AIM \u2013 ICDK Water Challenge 4.0"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>About AIM \u2013 ICDK Water Challenge 4.0:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The AIM \u2013 ICDK Water Challenge 4.0 is an initiative launched by the <a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/atal-innovation-mission-aim\/\" target=\"_blank\">Atal Innovation Mission (AIM)<\/a> under <a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/static\/vajiramandraviweb\/pdf\/new\/Yojana-Summary-May-2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">NITI Aayog<\/a> to address critical water-related challenges through inventive solutions.<\/li>\n<li>The challenge is a collaborative effort with the<strong> Innovation Centre Denmark (ICDK) <\/strong>at the <strong>Royal Danish Embassy<\/strong> in India.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Address water challenges: <\/strong>To address critical water-related challenges through innovative solutions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Global participation: <\/strong>The selected teams from India will participate in the global Next Generation Digital Action program, engaging with young talents from leading universities and innovation hubs in <strong>nine countries<\/strong> (India, Denmark, Ghana, Kenya, Korea, Tanzania, South Africa, Ghana, Colombia, and Mexico).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Focus on sustainability:<\/strong> The program emphasizes sustainability, digital solutions, inclusion, and universal design principles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Showcase innovations:<\/strong> Participants will be able to showcase their innovations at the Digital Tech Summit in Copenhagen from October 30th to 31st, 2024, funded by the Government of Denmark.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Two Tracks:<\/strong> The challenge invites entries under two tracks: one for students and the other for young entrepreneurs under the age of 35, including early-stage startups, researchers, and young innovators committed to driving positive environmental change.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1: What is Entrepreneurship?<\/h3>\n<p>Entrepreneurship refers to the process of identifying, creating, and pursuing opportunities to start new businesses or ventures.
