Any threat or <strong>use of nuclear weapons<\/strong> in the conflict is unacceptable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Global food security: <\/strong>Emphasising the importance of uninterrupted food production and supply, safe navigation, and access to sea ports.\n<ul>\n<li>Attacks on <strong>merchant ships <\/strong>and port infrastructure are unacceptable, and Ukrainian <strong>agricultural products <\/strong>should be freely provided to other countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Humanitarian issues: <\/strong>Calling for the<strong> release of all prisoners of war<\/strong> through complete exchange and the return of all unlawfully displaced Ukrainian children and civilians.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1: What is the European Union?<\/h3>\n<p>The European Union is a unique partnership between 27 European countries, known as Member States, or EU countries.
