The previous version was available only in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Marathi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>e-SHRAM Portal Objectives<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establish a centralized database of unorganized workers for effective policy implementation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Enhance access to social security schemes<\/b> <b>and benefits<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for workers in sectors such as agriculture, construction, domestic work, and street vending.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Facilitate job matching and skill development<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> opportunities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strengthen labor market resilience by integrating unorganized workers into the formal economy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Promote financial inclusion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> through <\/span><b>direct benefit transfers and digital payments.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Eligibility for Registering on e-SHRAM Portal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be aged between <\/span><b>16 and 59 years.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be <\/span><b>employed in the unorganized sector,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> including self-employed individuals, daily wage laborers, and gig workers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Possess an Aadhaar card,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a <\/span><b>valid mobile number linked to Aadhaar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and a <\/span><b>bank account.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Not be a member of<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the Employees&#8217; Provident Fund Organization <\/span><b>(EPFO) or <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employees&#8217; State Insurance Corporation <\/span><b>(ESIC).<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>e-SHRAM Portal Features<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Universal Account Number (UAN): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registered workers receive a UAN linked to their Aadhaar, enabling seamless access to benefits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Single Registration Process:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The portal streamlines the registration process, requiring minimal documentation such as Aadhaar and bank account details.
