pelagic muds<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> made by <\/span><b>accumulated remains of plankton<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in which a large amount of rare-earth is contained.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It contains significant amounts of minerals such as <\/span><b>neodymium and dysprosium,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> which are used in high-performance magnets for motors and power generators.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span
