{"id":25112,"date":"2024-07-17T09:51:33","date_gmt":"2024-07-17T04:21:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=25112"},"modified":"2025-04-07T15:34:04","modified_gmt":"2025-04-07T10:04:04","slug":"bhojshala-complex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/bhojshala-complex\/","title":{"rendered":"Bhojshala Complex"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>About Bhojshala Complex:\u00a0<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>It is located in the Dhar district of <strong>Madhya Pradesh.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It was<strong> built by Raja Bhoja<\/strong> (1000-1055 A.D.) in 1034 AD, who was the greatest monarch of the <strong>Paramara dynasty.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It served<strong> as a university<\/strong> and many students used to come here to learn music, <strong>Sanskrit, astronomy, yoga, Ayurveda and philosophy.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>History<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>In 1305 AD, it was for the first time attacked by <strong>Alauddin Khilji.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In 1514 AD, <strong>Mehmudshah Khilji II<\/strong> attacked this complex and tried to convert it into dargah.
