{"id":25163,"date":"2024-07-19T03:06:49","date_gmt":"2024-07-18T21:36:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=25163"},"modified":"2025-04-07T15:56:17","modified_gmt":"2025-04-07T10:26:17","slug":"voicebox-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/voicebox-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Voicebox Programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>About The Voicebox Programme:\u00a0<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>It will offer <strong>Recognition of Prior Learning<\/strong> (RPL) training for <strong>voice-over artists<\/strong> focusing on English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Gujarati languages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> The program is open to <strong>professionals, preferably women<\/strong>, with more than <strong>two years of experience<\/strong> in the media and entertainment sector, who are eager to enhance their skills in voice-over.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Funding:<\/strong> It is sponsored by the <strong>Netflix Fund for Creative Equity<\/strong>, which has dedicated $100 million a year over five years to setting underrepresented communities up for success in the TV and film industries through programs all around the world.<\/li>\n<li>As part of the program, structured workshops, which would include <strong>training<\/strong> (featuring guest lectures and mentoring sessions), followed by an <strong>assessment,<\/strong> will be conducted in seven major cities of India &#8211; New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi.<\/li>\n<li>Each batch would accommodate up to <strong>30 candidates<\/strong>, with 210 participants selected through preliminary screening.
