It is the second nuclear-powered <a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/upsc-daily-current-affairs\/prelims-pointers\/ballistic-missiles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>ballistic missile<\/strong><\/a> submarine being built by India under the Advanced Technology Vessel (ATV) project.
