Of the <strong>35 Ypthima species<\/strong> recorded in India, 23 have been reported from <strong>the northeast.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>highest Ypthima diversity<\/strong> is in China, particularly in the <strong>Yunnan and Sichuan<\/strong> provinces. The diversity is also vast in Nepal, Bhutan, and Myanmar apart from the northeastern part of India.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Key facts about the Namdapha National Park<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>It is located in the state of <strong>Arunachal Pradesh.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It is flanked by the <strong>Patkai hills to the south<\/strong> and <strong>south-east<\/strong> and by the Himalaya in the north.<\/li>\n<li>It is located between the <strong>Dapha bum range of the Mishmi Hills<\/strong> and the Patkai range.The region is a part of both the <strong>Palearctic and Indo-Malayan biogeographic<\/strong> areas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Namdapha <\/strong>is the name of a <strong>river<\/strong> which originates from Daphabum and meets the Noa-Dehing river.<\/li>\n<li>This river flows right across in a North-South direction of the National Park and hence the name Namdapha has been given.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fauna:<\/strong> It is only park in the World to have the <strong>four Feline species<\/strong> of big cat namely the <strong>Tiger <\/strong>(Panthera Tigris), <strong>Leopard<\/strong> (Panthera Pardus), <strong>Snow Leopard<\/strong> (Panthera Uncia) and <strong>Clouded Leopard<\/strong> (Neofelis Nebulosa) and numbers of Lesser cats.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flora:<\/strong> Evergreen Forests, Moist deciduous forests, sub-tropical forests, Temperate Forests and Alpine.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1: What is Pollination?<\/h3>\n<p>It is the act of transferring pollen grains from the male anther of a flower to the female stigma.
