It\u2019s prepared by fermenting half-cooked rice (mairong) with less water, and adding a little \u2018amao\u2019 (a potential source of yeast) to it.<\/li>\n<li>\u2018<strong>Bodo Jou Gishi\u2019:<\/strong> It is also a traditionally fermented rice-based alcoholic beverage.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Traditional Food Products<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bodo Napham\u2019:<\/strong> It is an important and favourite <strong>dish of fermented fish<\/strong> prepared anaerobically in a tightly sealed container in a process that requires about two-three months.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bodo Ondla\u2019:<\/strong> A rice powder curry flavoured with garlic, ginger, salt, and alkali.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bodo Gwkha\u2019:<\/strong> It is locally also known as \u2018Gwka Gwkhi\u2019, it\u2019s prepared during the Bwisagu festival.<\/li>\n<li>\u2018<strong>Bodo Narzi\u2019: <\/strong>It isa semi-fermented <strong>food prepared with jute leaves<\/strong> (Corchorus capsularis), a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins and essential minerals, including calcium and magnesium.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bodo Aronai\u2019: <\/strong>It is a small, <strong>beautiful cloth<\/strong> (1.5-2.5 meters long and 0.5 meter wide)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1: What are Geographical Indications (GI tags)?<\/h3>\n<p>These are signs used on products that have a specific geographical origin and possess distinctive qualities, reputation, or characteristics attributable to that place of origin.
