They can then move on with filing a complaint.<\/li>\n<li>The portal has facilitated all aggrieved consumers to submit complaints to consumer commissions <strong>online in the comfort of their own homes,<\/strong> to pay the appropriate fees, and track the progress of the case online.<\/li>\n<li>It is <strong>accessible to consumers across all regions of India<\/strong>, from metropolitan cities to remote areas.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Q1: What is the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC)?<\/h3>\n<p>It is a quasi-judicial commission in India which was set up in 1988 under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.
