{"id":29625,"date":"2026-01-24T10:24:01","date_gmt":"2026-01-24T04:54:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=29625"},"modified":"2026-01-24T15:18:42","modified_gmt":"2026-01-24T09:48:42","slug":"subhash-chandra-bose-aapda-prabandhan-puraskar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/subhash-chandra-bose-aapda-prabandhan-puraskar\/","title":{"rendered":"Subhash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskar"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Subhash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskar Latest News<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recently, the Sikkim State Disaster Management Authority (SSDMA), in the Institutional Category, and Lieutenant Colonel Seeta Ashok Shelke, in the individual Category, have been selected for the Subhash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskar 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>About Subhash Chandra Bose Aapda Prabandhan Puraskar<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is an <\/span><b>annual award<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> instituted to recognize and honour the invaluable contribution and selfless service rendered by <\/span><b>individuals and organizations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in India in the <\/span><b>field of disaster management.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The award is <\/span><b>announced every year<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the <\/span><b>23rd January,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the birth anniversary of Netaji <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/nscb\/\" target=\"_blank\">Subhash Chandra Bose<\/a><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Eligibility<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Only Indian nationals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and Indian institutions are eligible to apply for the award.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Institutions, voluntary organisations, corporate entities,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> academic\/research institutions, response\/ uniformed forces or any other institution may apply as an institution for the award.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The candidate for the award must have <\/span><b>worked in the area of Disaster Management<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> like Prevention, Mitigation, Preparedness, Rescue, Response, Relief, Rehabilitation, Research\/ Innovations or Early Warning related work in India.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Selection Process:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A Screening Committee may be constituted by Member secretary\/ member, NDMA to screen all the applications received.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Award<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case the winner is an institution, it shall receive a <\/span><b>certificate and a cash prize of Rs.51<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lakhs.
