{"id":30154,"date":"2025-02-17T08:38:07","date_gmt":"2025-02-17T03:08:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=30154"},"modified":"2025-04-10T08:26:43","modified_gmt":"2025-04-10T02:56:43","slug":"prime-ministers-yoga-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/prime-ministers-yoga-award\/","title":{"rendered":"Prime Minister\u2019s Yoga Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Prime Minister\u2019s Yoga Award Latest News<\/h2>\n<p>Recently, the Ministry of Ayush announced the opening of nominations for the prestigious Prime Minister\u2019s Yoga Awards for the 2025 edition of the International Day of Yoga (IDY2025).<\/p>\n<h2>About Prime Minister\u2019s Yoga Award<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>It recognizes individuals and organizations that have made significant and sustained contributions to the <strong>promotion and development of Yoga<\/strong>, both <strong>nationally and internationally<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>It was established to <strong>honor the profound impact of Yoga<\/strong> on society and aim to celebrate exemplary contributions to the field, reinforcing Yoga&#8217;s role in disease prevention, health promotion, and the management of lifestyle-related disorders.<\/li>\n<li>The awards will be conferred in the <strong>National Individual, National Organization, International Individual, and International Organization categories<\/strong>, with each winner receiving a Trophy, Certificate, and a <strong>Cash Award of Rs. 25 lakh.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> Individuals applying <strong>must be 40 years<\/strong> or older and should <strong>have at least 20 years of dedicated service<\/strong> in Yoga promotion.<\/li>\n<li>Entities can apply directly or be nominated by a prominent Yoga organization.
