{"id":31529,"date":"2025-03-28T04:41:55","date_gmt":"2025-03-27T23:11:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/?p=31529"},"modified":"2025-04-16T12:41:36","modified_gmt":"2025-04-16T07:11:36","slug":"exercise-prachand-prahar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vajiramandravi.com\/current-affairs\/exercise-prachand-prahar\/","title":{"rendered":"Exercise Prachand Prahar"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Exercise Prachand Prahar Latest News<\/h2>\n<p>The Indian Armed Forces recently conducted a multi-domain exercise, Prachand Prahar, in Arunachal Pradesh.<\/p>\n<h2>About Exercise Prachand Prahar<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>It is a <strong>tri-service integrated multi-domain warfare exercise<\/strong> conducted in the high-altitude terrain of<strong> Arunachal Pradesh.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It was conducted \u2018deep\u2019 in the high-altitude terrain of Arunachal Pradesh in the eastern sector of the 3,488-km long Line of Actual Control (LAC).<\/li>\n<li>It was carried out under the<strong> aegis of the Eastern Army Command.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The exercise involved the <strong>Army, IAF and the other combat elements <\/strong>in a synergised combat drill designed to simulate future warfare.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>It commenced with the deployment of advanced surveillance resources of <strong>all three services, <\/strong>including long-range surveillance aircraft of the IAF and the maritime domain awareness aircraft of the Indian Navy, helicopters, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), along with space resources and the Indian Army\u2019s elite special forces to create seamless domain awareness and detect simulated targets.<\/li>\n<li>Once identified, these targets were swiftly destroyed through the synchronised joint firepower of fighter aircrafts, long-range rocket systems, medium artillery, armed helicopters, swarm drones, loitering munitions, and kamikaze drones in an electronically contested environment.<\/li>\n<li>The \u2018Exercise Prachand Prahar\u2019 <strong>validated integrated planning, command and control,<\/strong> as well as seamless execution of surveillance and firepower platforms across the three services, covering the entire spectrum of conflict.<\/li>\n<li>This exercise is in continuation with \u2018Exercise Poorvi Prahar\u2019 held in November 2024, which had focused on the integrated application of aviation assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Exercise Prachand Prahar FAQs<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Q1<\/strong>.
