is a type of selection process that is often used in competitions and challenges to determine the best candidate or solution.<\/li>\n<li>In the context of the PM MITRA Park sites, the challenge method involves a two-stage process.\n<ul>\n<li>Interested parties first submit their proposals for the development of the park sites.<\/li>\n<li>Then a select number of proposals are chosen to move on to the second stage.<\/li>\n<li>During the second stage, the selected proposals may be given specific challenges or tasks to complete in order to further demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of their proposal.<\/li>\n<li>At the end of the challenge method process, the proposal that best meets the criteria and objectives of the PM MITRA Park sites project will be selected for implementation.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"media\">\n<div data-oembed-url=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=CFzFgONb0O4\">\n<div><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CFzFgONb0O4\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2><strong>News Summary Regarding Selections of News Sites to Develop Textile Parks:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The textile industry has been <strong>unorganised <\/strong>in the country and increased wastage and logistical costs impacts the competitiveness of the country&#8217;s textile sector.<\/li>\n<li>This <strong>cluster-based approach<\/strong> will solve several problems of the sector and will function as <strong>centres of opportunity<\/strong> to create an integrated textiles value chain.<\/li>\n<li>The parks in the seven selected States would provide <strong>state-of-the-art infrastructure<\/strong> for the textiles sector, attract <strong>an investment of nearly \u20b970,000 crore into these parks<\/strong>, with <strong>employment generation for about 20 lakh people.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The Ministry of Textiles will provide <strong>financial support <\/strong>in the form of Development Capital Support upto \u20b9500 crore per park to the Park SPV.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A Competitive Incentive Support<\/strong> (CIS) upto \u20b9300 crore per park to the units in PM MITRA Park shall also be provided to incentivise speedy implementation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Convergence <\/strong>with other Government of India schemes shall also be facilitated in order to ensure additional incentives to the Master Developer and investor units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Q1) What is Project SU.RE?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Launched in 2019 by the Ministry of Textiles, the project SU.RE &#8211;
